Cancel from your account
After signing in with the verified booking phone number, you can cancel an upcoming booking while it is Pending or Confirmed and its appointment has not started. The reserved time is released immediately.
Changes or cancellation after the start time
If the appointment has started or the cancellation button is unavailable, contact Car Care Lab on WhatsApp for help. Rescheduling is handled with the team.
Late arrival and no-show
The policy for delayed access, no-shows and any related fee still requires owner confirmation.
Cancellation by the business
An appointment may be rescheduled because of weather, safety or operating issues. The customer will be contacted to choose an alternative.
