Data we collect
We collect the information needed to manage a booking, including name, mobile number, location, selected services, appointment time and customer-provided notes.
Customer account
Account sign-in uses a one-time verification code sent through WhatsApp. The readable code is not stored and no password is requested. After verification, a secure cookie keeps the account session active.
How it is used
Information is used to confirm and deliver the service, communicate about the booking, show booking history and reward progress, operate the business and understand service performance.
Sharing and security
Customer data is not sold. Booking details may be sent to configured services such as Google Calendar and Google Sheets, and login codes are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform when enabled. Credentials remain server-side.
Retention and rights
The final retention period and process for deletion or correction requests require owner confirmation.
